Terms and Condition

GENERAL

1. These Terms of Use govern the utilization of all services available in the Beli TopUp system and apply to all Users and any parties who submit requests or provide information to Beli TopUp. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and Beli TopUp when the User utilizes the system or services on Beli TopUp.
2. These Terms of Use may be changed, modified, added, deleted, or improved at any time in line with the development of Beli TopUp and applicable laws and regulations, with or without prior notice to each User account.

DEFINITIONS

In the terms of use of services on Beli TopUp, unless otherwise defined, the following terms have the following meanings:

• Beli TopUp is a platform providing online game voucher top-up services.
• Beli TopUp System is the official website of Beli TopUp, including affiliates and Third Parties cooperating with Beli TopUp.
• Beli TopUp Services include all matters involving reciprocal relationships between Users and Beli TopUp or Third Parties and Beli TopUp.
• Terms of Use is a legally binding agreement between the User and Beli TopUp containing rules, rights, obligations, responsibilities of both parties, and procedures for using the Beli TopUp system.
• User is any party using the Beli TopUp system, including but not limited to registered or unregistered Users on the Beli TopUp system.
• Account is registered user data in the Beli TopUp system, including username, password, phone number, and email address.
• Data and Information is information related to the User that can be identified directly or indirectly, individually or in combination with other information, using electronic or non-electronic systems.
• Payment Partner is a payment service provider cooperating with Beli TopUp to support the payment system on Beli TopUp services, licensed under applicable Indonesian law.
• Balance are credits in the User’s account that can be used to purchase products on the Beli TopUp system and services.

USER

1. Users are required to read, understand, and comply with all policy rules on the Beli TopUp System when using or utilizing the platform on the Beli TopUp system.
2. Users must fill in personal data correctly, honestly, and in accordance with their identity when using the Beli TopUp system.
3. Users will notify changes to their personal data related to the use of Beli TopUp services to the Beli TopUp system from time to time.
4. Users must understand that account information details are confidential. Therefore, Users are not allowed to disclose account or ownership identity information to any third party.
5. Users are prohibited from using robots or similar tools for monitoring or copying any content on the Beli TopUp system.
6. Users are prohibited from using the Beli TopUp system for purposes that violate Indonesian law or the law of other countries.
7. Users are prohibited from using the Beli TopUp system and everything in it for actions that violate Indonesian law or the law of other countries, such as gambling, pornography, fraud, theft, hacking, and other activities including but not limited to cybercrime.
8. Users who intentionally or unintentionally use the Beli TopUp system and everything in it for the actions mentioned in point 7 above, Beli TopUp is not responsible for the User’s actions, and the User agrees to release Beli TopUp from any legal claims.
9. Users are deemed to understand all legal rules in Indonesian laws and are committed to complying with all applicable legal provisions in Indonesia when using the Beli TopUp system.
10. When Users make reports and/or public complaints regarding Beli TopUp services, such matters must be notified to Beli TopUp in good faith for problem resolution.
11. Beli TopUp reserves the right to block the use of the Beli TopUp system on User accounts without prior notice if legal or normative violations are found by the User.
12. Users are strictly prohibited from using the logo, images, or appearance of Beli TopUp for personal purposes and gain without Beli TopUp’s knowledge.
13. Users state that Beli TopUp is not responsible for losses or problems arising from account misuse by Users caused by User negligence regarding their account, clicking links provided by others, or other negligence resulting in User losses.
14. Users state that all personal identity provided on the Beli TopUp system or services is their own and not that of another party.
15. Users are prohibited from using the Beli TopUp platform to collect, gather, or use other users’ personal data for purposes that violate the Privacy Policy or applicable Indonesian law.
16. Users are prohibited from taking actions that may affect, damage, or disrupt services and software used by other users in accessing the Beli TopUp system.
17. Users are prohibited from taking actions that are detrimental to the continuity of Beli TopUp’s business.
18. Users are prohibited from using Beli TopUp Services to falsify or disguise their identity as another party unlawfully.
19. Users must be over 13 years old unless with parental consent.

TRANSACTIONS

1. Users must follow the procedures and purchase methods on the Beli TopUp system.
2. Users agree not to provide transaction evidence conducted on the Beli TopUp system to other parties. If there are losses due to disclosure of transaction evidence to other parties, the User is fully responsible.
3. Users understand that there are additional fees for each payment channel determined by the Payment Partner.
4. Users will transfer funds according to the total transaction amount within the time limit specified by the Beli TopUp system. If a transfer error occurs, Beli TopUp is not responsible for any losses suffered by the user.
5. If suspicious transactions are found by the User, Beli TopUp reserves the right to take legal action.
6. Users state that they will not involve Beli TopUp if fraud occurs in the name of the Beli TopUp Platform due to User negligence.
7. Users release Beli TopUp from any claims or compensation if Users experience disputes with other Users.

PAYMENT

1. In making transactions on Beli TopUp, Users use payment channels provided by Payment Partners, including E-Wallet, QRIS, Virtual Account, and Convenience Store.
2. Beli TopUp also provides payment via Balance, which can be purchased via available bank transfers. Balance can only be used to purchase products on Beli TopUp and cannot be withdrawn as cash or cashless.

NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

1. Users hereby agree and acknowledge that Beli TopUp has the full right not to provide refunds (non-refundable). Beli TopUp’s decision in this matter is final and binding for Users.
2. Beli TopUp does not accept refunds (non-refundable), either in cash or non-cash. If Users have transferred funds in any amount through the Beli TopUp portal and request a refund, the funds remain the property of Beli TopUp.
3. Beli TopUp will refund Users in the form of BJCredit if the error originates from the Beli TopUp system.
4. Balance can be used to purchase products available on Beli TopUp.
5. Refunds in the form of BJCredit only cover the basic price of goods. Users agree that other fees such as administration and taxes are not included in the BJCredit refund.
6. Users agree that Beli TopUp, at its own discretion, may not provide User refunds to protect against any risks and losses that may occur if Beli TopUp considers that the User’s transaction is indicated as fraud, legal violation, violation of Terms of Use, or if the User’s account is indicated to have been accessed by another party.
7. Beli TopUp reserves the right to inspect, delay, or cancel refunds in the form of Balanceif violations of terms and conditions and applicable laws in Indonesian or international jurisdictions are found.

PROMOTION

1. Beli TopUp may conduct promotions at any time under terms set by Beli TopUp.
2. Beli TopUp reserves the right to cancel promotions given to Users without prior notice to Users for the safety and comfort of other parties.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1. Beli TopUp services are subject to the provisions regulated in the Laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
2. Users agree to resolve disputes that may arise regarding Beli TopUp services through deliberation.
3. If deliberation and kinship do not find a solution to end the dispute, the dispute resolution will be carried out through the Situbondo District Court, East Java.

INDEMNITY

Users agree to release Beli TopUp from compensation claims and protect Beli TopUp from all claims, liabilities, losses, and legal costs submitted by Third Parties caused by User errors or actions that violate policy terms and applicable laws.
